After graduate education and workging in the biomedical area in the USA for more than ten years, he returned to China and founded the first National Biomedicine Incubator and State International Sci & Tech Cooperation Base in Central China. He established the China Youth Entrepreneurship Community (Nanchang), with  experience in building platform for the industrialization of high-tech projects. He is also the scientific advisor of China TCM Innovation City. He has rich experience in venture capital, and  extensive connections with top institutions, such as Univ of Sydney, Univ of Missouri, Australian National Institute of Complementary Medicine (NICM), and Shanghai Jiaotong University.
